Local Pickup? 
I allow local pickup in the Southern California region. I do not do deliveries

Local Pickup and Store Front Location:
Please email us at vee@kinokreations.art to schedule a pickup time and we will provide the address then

If you have not received your order, please send me a message/email and I will discuss how I can oblige to you with the inconvenience. Please include your Invoice number, name and address in your email to make the process easy for you and I. If your item says delivered but it is not in your mail, please file a claim with USPS. We cannot replace any missing orders if shipping states that your item is marked as DELIVERED. 

Order Damaged through USPS when it arrived? I can help! As long as you have the invoice I can offer you a replacement of the damaged sticker within one week of arrival. Please file a claim with USPS

I am not responsible for mistakes made by the customer such as their own error input on order and any errors when they inputted their address. NO REFUNDS/RETURNS

ANY RETURN TO SENDER

If you'd like your item back out you MUST pay for shipping again as long it was user error in your address. All address are shown as is when you placed your order.

If you'd like a refund you will be refunded for the cost of the item but not the shipping!
